You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could:

4. Sanctions & Export Control
Luvaraco and AVOXRIA HOLDINGS INC comply with all applicable US economic sanctions and export control laws, including regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

  • We do not sell or ship products to individuals or entities listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list, or to embargoed countries (currently: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine).
  • By placing an order, you certify that you are not a resident of, or located in, any restricted country, and that you are not a restricted person under US sanctions laws.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe violates sanctions or export control regulations.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Mississippi. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

6. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase from Luvaraco shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

  • The arbitration shall be conducted in Tupelo, Mississippi, in the English language.
  • Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring any claim against us only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
  • The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVOXRIA HOLDINGS INC and Luvaraco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as explicitly stated in our Return Policy.

9. Modifications
