Order Processing
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeframe. As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email.
Delivery Times and Shipping Costs (US Only)
Standard Shipping takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Expedited Shipping arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Overnight Shipping delivers in 1 to 2 business days. The exact cost for each option will be shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather conditions, and busy holiday seasons may affect how quickly your package arrives.
Where We Ship
We currently deliver to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Package Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items from different product categories, such as a vase and a textile, those items may be sent separately. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and secure. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
